Quality & compliance
Compliance is a filter, not an afterthought.
Every buyer enquiry is checked against the certification and labelling requirements of the destination market before we quote. That is how shipments avoid rejection at the port.
Our approach
We screen the destination before we quote.
Regulatory requirements differ by market, by product, and by end use. A charcoal shipment to the EU faces different rules from the same shipment to Japan or the United States.
Our export readiness audit maps your product against the destination matrix: HS code, certification, labelling, packaging, and testing. The output is a readiness score from 0 to 100 and a priority checklist of gaps to close before outreach begins.
Where a buyer requires a certification the producer does not yet hold, we remove that buyer from the shortlist rather than risk a rejected container.
What we check
- HS code classification — 6 to 8 digit, validated against the BPS master
- Certification completeness — by product and destination
- Destination labelling — language, origin, and handling marks
- Packaging — ISPM-15 where wood packaging is used
- Testing — COA, moisture, ash, and calorific values
- Documentation — PEB, COO, B/L or AWB, MSDS
